Competition Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction
   1.1. These terms and conditions apply to participation in any competition organized by “WeAreDESCO.”
   1.2. By participating in the Competition, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility
   2.1. The Competition is open to individuals worldwide who meet the eligibility criteria set forth by the Organizer.
   2.2. Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of the Organizer are not eligible to participate.

3. Participation
   3.1. To participate in the Competition, Participants must complete the entry requirements as specified by the Organizer.
   3.2. Once the participation fee has been paid, it is non-refundable under any circumstances.
   3.3. All submissions must be received by the deadline set by the Organizer. Late submissions will not be accepted.

4. Prize
   4.1. The prize for the Competition will be awarded in Egyptian currency (EGP).
   4.2. The prize amount will be calculated based on the exchange rate of the Egyptian pound to the participant’s local currency as provided by the participant’s bank.
   4.3. The exact prize amount in the participant’s local currency will be determined by the Organizer after the closing of the Competition.
   4.4. The Organizer reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative of equal value if circumstances beyond their control make it necessary to do so.

5. Winner Selection
   5.1. The winner(s) will be selected by the Organizer or a panel of judges appointed by the Organizer.
   5.2. The selection criteria and process will be determined solely by the Organizer and will be communicated to the participants.
   5.3. The decision of the Organizer or the judging panel will be final and binding in all matters related to the Competition.

6. Winner Notification and Claiming the Prize
   6.1. The winner(s) will be notified by email or any other method deemed appropriate by the Organizer.
   6.2. The winner(s) must respond to the notification within a specified period mentioned in the notification.

7. Taxes and Expenses
   7.1. The winner(s) will be solely responsible for any taxes, duties, or other expenses associated with the prize.
   7.2. The Organizer will not be liable for any tax implications or costs incurred by the winner(s) as a result of accepting the prize.

8. Intellectual Property Rights
   8.1. By participating in the Competition, Participants grant the Organizer a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use their submitted entries, including any intellectual property rights associated with them, for promotional and marketing purposes related to the Competition.
   8.2. Participants represent and warrant that they have the necessary rights and permissions to grant the license mentioned in clause 8.1.

9. Entire Agreement
   9.1. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the Participant and the Organizer regarding the Competition and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, or representations, whether oral or written.

By participating in the Competition, the Participant acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
